cup oyster sauce

cup sugar

cup soy sauce
nori

Instructions
1: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar to make the glaze. 2: Lightly sear the plant-based luncheon meats with light oil on a pan. Flip every minute and cook for a total of 5-6 minutes. 3: Add the glaze sauce and turn off the heat. Allow the sugar to dissolve and thicken. 4: To assemble the musubi, half the Nori sheet. Using a musubi mold, layer rice, furikake, the luncheon meat, more rice and furikake.
